Utilizing the latest in Smart Card Technology, the SPTS works seamlessly, collecting player handle data from your slot machines, and storing it on the smart card for retrieval at any time. Updating points into the SPTS database takes place whenever a player visits the Player Loyalty Center, or at conveniently located update kiosks placed on your Casino floor.

Inserting a valid Players Card into the Reader, gives you access to your players details, as well as updating the points accumulated since the last update, automatically and instantly, with a snapshot of the player activity clearly displayed. From the Main Screen Interface, all aspects of the SPTS system can be accessed, giving you a simple, effective user friendly application.


	ACCOUNTS - The following is a screen shot of the main accounts update and redemption screen. It is possible to also edit player account balances directly, as well as access full recorded history for that particular shift of client, update and redeem activity.


				PERSONAL DETAILS

	Player name and account number displayed on card insertion. Account validity and card read status displayed.

All relevant player account details displayed at a glance once card is inserted.

AWARDS

Select Redeem and the awards interface opens up. Click on a award and view award cost and balance before and after redemption. Process prints a slip for the transaction and updates the database. No awards can be issued if insufficient points available.

		UPDATE STATUS

	Database status displayed, indicating player points updated.


		TOOL BAR

	Tool bar allows access to system modules.


	COMMANDS

	Access various functions within the main screen easily, with command buttons.


	INFORMATION

		View stock levels and other system messaging.


	REPORTS - Each and every event recorded in the database can be viewed on a report. Review player points updates, points redemption’s points balance edits, points accumulated by machine denomination, user activity, award stock levels, full account history, and more.


	CLIENTS - Enter player information and issue them with valid Player cards. Cards can also be reissued to players in the event of loss. Search for clients to view personal info, account numbers etc.


	To create a new account select “ADD” in the “Commands” section, and then start filling in the relevant data. Only the info in the “Client Details” section need be completed in order to be able to issue a valid Player card, so the process can be done in seconds. The other details can be completed at a later time or not at all. Once completed select the “SAVE” to store the data, and then “Personalize Card for this Account”, to program the Players card with their info.

		If a particular player account needs to be found, select the “SEARCH” button. A new window will appear with various options available to you via pull down menus to find the data you are looking for.


	AWARDS - Enter as many awards as you like. Also features stock audit so you can keep track of what is being given away. All software interfaces throughout the SPTS package are simple and easy to use.

Add, edit and deleting of Awards can be done. Simple select ”Add” to create a new Award. Fill in the Award name as well as the award cost. This is the actual points value for the award. Also fill in Award stock level if required.

The SPTS system gives a Player 1 point for every $1 value of play. So once you determine what the points value is for a $1, the rest is straight forward.


	At any time, view the Awards report and see which awards are popular and which are not. Also view total quantities issued and current stock value in hand.


	USERS - Create and edit User groups and their associated access permissions, ensuring all aspects of the system software are accessible to authorized personnel only.


	By selecting “ADD” a new user group can be created. Next the permissions can be set for that user group. Thought must be giving to what permissions are granted to users as this can be sensitive information such as reports, system configuration, balance edits, system limit override etc. Once the necessary user groups are created, any user can be added to the system.
