Administrator System Set Up Operational Parameters Each Gaming Machine is polled by the Floor Server in a fraction of a second, and as a result, a snap shot of the Metered activity is available at any time. The results are stored in a Data Base for retrieval in a Report format. The Gaming Day period is defined as a “Closing Time” parameter. All reporting date criteria are based on this closing time. Slot Machine Configuration Slot Machines are assigned a Node Identification Number identical to the unique I.D number, of each System Board placed in that particular machine. Machine Numbers can be any Alphabetical and or Numerical combination, so there is no need to change any numbering system on the Floor already in existence. Additional fields for information such as, make, model, denomination, meter step values, progressive grouping, max bet, game type, serial numbers, manufacture date, payout %, EPROM set I.D, and hopper fill amounts, are available to complete the Data base compilation. |

Users All personal that will have access to issuing Slot Shorts, as well as those using the Cashier Ticket / Slot Short verification program, are required to enter a Password to use the various applications. Manual Data Input - Drop All Clearance information, Bills and Coins can be entered by Machine. Simply select the machine number from the pull down list and enter the values. A Data Base Record displayed on the screen shows saved information for a selected Gameday. This allows for adjustments to be made to the Data Base values if required. The facility also exists to transfer the exact Machine Metered values by Manufacturer, to the Clearance module eliminating the need to physically enter the data by each machine. Manual Data Input - Meters If there are no Mechanical Meters in some machines or you have the need to adjust Meters, use the Meter Edit function to enter the meter values as required. |

Cashier Station Verify Hopper Fills and Jackpots have been processed in house at the Attendant Station before paying out, by recalling and comparing the information directly from the Data Base with the Slot Short presented. Tickets issued by machines are no longer in threat of forgery or duplication by verifying Transaction Details before processing and cashing out. Multiple Cashier booths can be “Online” ensuring that the same ticket only gets cashed out once. Run a Cashier Trail Report and view all transactions cashed, by cashier. |
